I never write one star reviews. But this is egregious. They guy here seems to have never grown out of high school bully phase. You will be yelled at. You will be made fun of by the guy here. Just avoid it. At all costs.
I had a package not get delivered at my apartmentthey never knocked or rang the doorbell and I was even home at the time. Tracking said it was sent to the Allston post office. I've gone twice and both times they are closed in the middle of the day with no explanation. I'm left with no idea how to get my package from them.
Yep. Gonna have to agree about the guy kicked back in his chair yelling condescending orders to customers. He has no business working in any customer service capacity. Based on other reviews I don’t understand how he is employed there. Must be a DeJoy hire. He sure acts like he hates his POB.
My PS5 was "lost in transit" to destination. I can only assume it was stolen by a USPS employee. I had the foresight to purchase insurance. I filed an insurance claim with USPS and it was denied 3 times. Even after providing all proof of purchase and payment I had. I will never use USPS again if at all I can help it.
He's actually a nice guy once you start talking to him. Besides that he's well informed and gets the job done. Also, you need to scan a card to enter the building. Kindly ask a student or knock; and don't forget to say thank you!
The guy who works here is objectively the rudest postal employee I have ever encountered. He has been demeaning and condescending in every interaction I've had with him. Want a receipt when you drop off a prepaid package? Get ready to be yelled at.
Employee got angry with me for not having a pick-up slip when I came to claim my package. I tried explaining that there was no slip in my mailbox, but that the vendor informed me that it was at the post office. He wouldn’t let me finish my explanation and interrupted, “That’s irrelevant. It’s not my problem.”
I never leave reviews but this is the worst employer I have ever encountered in my life. He was very disrespectful and kicked me out when I told him I didn't have my pick up slip. Please avoid going there, it seems like the guy doesn't care about customer service and the management wont do anything about it.
There is nowhere on the front page of this USPS store that indicates you must be affiliated with Harvard in order to even get into the building. Walked all the way here only to find I couldn't even enter because I don't have a FOB. How is this a public service if it's on a private campus?
Don’t get me wrong, the guy is the worst and he loves making people miserable but my graduate experience wouldn’t be complete without him! Thank you for your grumpiness, Lord Moodyass! Update: I went today around noon and he wasn’t there! Instead, a very friendly and helpful woman assisted me!
