The northeast Las Vegas VA clinic is very clean up-to-date and Have security. You are still required to wear mask to enter this VA Clinic. There was plenty of parking and the facility was slow at the time of The Visit which was 1:00 p.m. midweek. Was a walking for a regular blood test and only had to wait 20 minutes.
Has anyone worked with an ARNP I believe that's her title named Granello? Did you find her to be condescending and seemingly NOT there to help you? I need to know who her supervisor is..she doesn't need to be making decisions about a veteran's care!
Was with my husband. He took care of a couple things.
I was there for lab work and was in and out in 20 minutes. The personnel were kind and helpful
Super friendly and very fast services. I’m extremely grateful for their service and their professionalism. I’ve never had a problem with contacting my primary care physician and getting seen in a timely manner. Check in and appointment set ups are so fast.
My left hand is numb and I tried the telehealth option to speak to nurse. I was informed nurse would call me in an hour. It has been two hours and no call. If no call today I storm in to clinic tomorrow demanding assistance. Worst primary. Care services.
