Van Galder Bus

This bus company screwed me over I needed to get on the bus for Chicago at 5:45 in the morning. The bus arrived and the bus driver told me it was the wrong bus and wouldn’t let me get on and told me that another bus was right behind him. Well a half hour goes by no bus so I call and they tell me that was my bus he was just a new bus driver that DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING!! Oh but they can give me a refund, thanks, that doesn’t help me get to Chicago at all!!! Never use this bus company. Oh and also this was my first time taking a bus by myself thanks for traumatizing me!

It was my first time leaving Madison for Chicago. The bus driver name Dan (7:20am Dutch-Mills to O'hare) was one of the worst/rudest drivers I've met. I asked how to pay for the ticket and got a nasty, border line inappropriate response from him. I did get on the bus but was considering waiting for a different bus driver. Traveling can get stressful enough with out someone giving you a hard time. I really hope Van Galder can fix their issues / find a more courteous drivers. I will use other travel options next time.

Easy to find I pick up my son from the stop easy access to the hiway has a restaurant and gas station everything you need when stopping

Quality transportation, affordable, safe and clean. If you can't or don't care to drive, Van Galder is s VERY GOOD alternative (

Late. Almost every time in 14 of last 16 rides. Wish they'd provide more accurate timelines. Drivers are actually amazing though. Wi-fi sucks though... says they are "wi-fi enabled" but it never works.
