I was so self conscious of my hair loss due to health and medication. I was immediately put at ease and was treated with respect and compassion. I had no prior knowledge or experience with wigs which led me to some horrific places and purchases. I can't wait to get back to say hello and get a new wig. Do not ho any where else. The owner and her staff are wonderful.

Had amazing service from Lauren. She really invested time to make sure we got the color match wide wanted, the length and style. And to understand how to use and take care of the product. These guys definitely know what they are doing and offer super service.

The service was poor. It is recommended that a way of keeping track of what customer has stepped into the store and plans on purchasing something, like a number system when they're busy. My daughter and I were just standing around waiting for someone to help us... but no one came until after I had to stop an associate in her tracks to inquire about what the customer wait protocol is. Then I got handed over to a guy who saw me multiple times waiting, but didn't come help. So...I don't think I'll be back.
