If it has been longer than 2-3 years since you have had your vent serviced or don't know when the last time was, it's probably time to book a cleaning.

With over 10 years of experience and thousands of service calls, we feel the most effective and comprehensive way to service a dryer vent is from the inside out. This way we know the complete vent is serviced from the dryer to the cap. Servicing from the inside also gives the ability to review your transition hose (connection from dryer to wall/floor) for UL fire rating, potential damage and proper installation. Side by side appliances, will be moved so the tech can vacuum the walls floors and back of the dryer. The lint catch of the dryer is also cleaned to the best of our ability without disassembling the appliance. If excessive lint within the vent or behind the appliance is found, the technician may also recommend an Appliance Repair service call to clean lint build up within the appliance to reduce the risk of an additional hidden fire hazard. Although stacked appliances will not be removed, the access area will be cleaned of lint build up. Stacked appliances can be removed for an additional fee. Typical service calls are under an hour.
