I had a very frustrating experience with Verizon over the phone. I went to this store to return a phone and was going to switch carriers. I had the good fortune of having Courtney help me. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Her professionalism and great attitude calmed me down. I purchased a new phone and service. Courtney is the best.
Jordan did an amazing job selling/offering me every option. Very friendly and willing to answer any question. While I was receiving great customer service, I noticed another customer not getting good service from the other worker. He came to the kiosk appearing in a bad mood. No good mornings or greetings to customer or coworker. Then he just left and did not say anything to the customer he was helping. Glad I had Jordan helping me.
I stopped there once and found the service terrific, they were about to close and helped me re-activate my older phone because the smart phone I had bought used was on it's way out. This location is a Verizon Verizon store, it isn't a distributor representing Verizon..it is small but they know what they are doing and are kind as well as efficient. I'm going back tomorrow to get my new smart phone.
Brandon and John delivered a one-two punch with knowledge and recommendations that demonstrated true consideration for solving the actual need of its customers. To provide some context, the day before the biggest interview of my career, my Samsung Galaxy 3rd phone that's had an issue stopped taking a charge. This created several challenges, including navigating transportation to the airport, getting on the plane, continuing to research for the opportunity, and most importantly communicating my safety to my family. I was at wits end with not just Samsung, but Verizon after 2 years of increasing costs, failing technology, and suspect sales techniques. I can honestly say I was considering leaving Verizon. This is where Brendan and John come in to renew my faith in Verizon. I understand that every company is seeking to maximize revenue and profits, but at what cost. Brendan and John worked me through possible solutions given their position as a reseller, not a full store. We were able to troubleshoot the issue to the hardware and land on the solution of wireless charger, an affordable solution that will work with future phones. The alternative of upgrading to a new phone was an expense I didn't want to incur, particularly because I had insurance. I also had the issue of not having my data backed up. I simply wanted my phone to function. They heard my need and responded. Had Brendan and John not delivered a solution, my frustration with the history over the last few years with Verizon and the stress of the situation would've certainly driven me to shop alternative carriers. I've been a long time Verizon customer, nearly 15 years. Their handling of the problem saved Verizon 10s of thousands of dollars in future revenue. They should be commended. Thanks!
I would have given 0 stars, but my most recent experience with Byron made up for it. If you don’t know what phone you want, don’t come here - they have no demo phones out. I was very disappointed with the first salesman I had but Byron went out of his way to make sure he rectified the situation so that I walked away satisfied. I can’t thank him enough!! Sometimes all you need is great customer service !
John provided excellent customer care. He has a extensive knowledge of the products and plans Verizon offers. He is why I chose to stay with Verizon instead of shopping around.
Deante or deandre doesn’t know anything, one of the worse Verizon store to do business in. He changed my plan where I was billed double without informing me and upon calling back tells me I have to call customer service and he can’t do anything like dude you changed the plan. Will be canceling my Verizon service, people like him give such company bad name and loss of customer.
Lexi did an outstanding job helping me fix a mistake from another Verizon office today! Awesome job. I’m from Reno NV and appreciate the great job she did!!!
Mike was amazing. He helped us setup a business discount and upgraded all of our devices without any of the hype or salesman bias. The african american girl there was terrible and her attitude was atrocious.
I had a wonderful experience when i went here on Friday, the workers were very helpful and patient, I really enjoyed the service that i was provided with, definitely a good Verizon store.
