Worked with Adam today and had a great experience! He was able to alternately help me and another customer when there were downtimes in service set ups. It made the wait so much better. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. This is the only Verizon provider I ever go to when I need anything!

Went into Verizon today to look at a new iPhone as mine was not providing what I needed. Gui was the only one working and was super knowledgeable and professional at helping me find what I needed. He was very transparent and wasn’t trying to sell me anything, rather help me. I highly recommend Gui and this Verizon location. If I could, I would give Gui a 10 star review!
