One of the best experiences we've had at Verizon! Luke was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with getting our plan bundled to save money. Genuinely cared and made us feel valued. The store manager stepped out to help with some of the Verizon app since we had to re-register. Both employees were incredibly efficient and friendly! Outstanding service, thank you!!!!
The lady manager in there was SO helpful and so kind. She definitely had a tough day but I appreciate all she did for me!! She dealt with some rude elderly man and handled it so well :
Yesterday, Len helped me get set up with a new phone plan, new iPhone, and new internet service and I could not be more satisfied with the service and help that I received. He made sure that I was getting all of the discounts that I was eligible for and made the whole process a breeze. I had been dreading this and I actually had fun AND got an amazing deal on my phone and internet service. Woohoo! Huge thank you to Len and the amazing team at this location. Give Len a huge promotion and everyone deserves a raise! <3
Customer service is terrible in this store. I've stopped multiple times, at multiple different times of the day, to drop off our "trade in" phones and haven't received even recognition that I'm in the store at all. Corporate Verizon told us we could simply drop off our old phones at any of their stores, this isn't true, and we are stuck going to this poorly run Corporate store. Ughhh
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. My family owns a major business and one of my lines is through this company of theirs. I was treated with disrespect, three of the workers weren't doing anything, and they said they were short on staff. Okay so then why were they all three sitting on their phone? Texting on their personal cell phones. Nobody wanted to help me, and they were very rude when I begged just to buy something simple so I could have a phone for the evening. I had to pay $200 for a cheap phone just so I had a cell phone for the evening. They didn't want to help me at all.
We switched to Verizon in september, and brought our own devices so we were supposed to get 2 $500 gift cards. They lied to us twice and said we didn't need to do anything to get them, the gift cards would be emailed in 4-6 weeks. Well turns out we were supposed to fill out a form within 30 days of switching to get the gift cards. Now since it past the 30 days we are having an extremely hard time getting the gift cards and that's a lot of money. May be switching carriers just because of this stores screw up.
Outstanding customer service! Very knowledgeable and pleasant employees. Amanda and Ean were a pleasure to work with and assisted us every step along the way. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars they would deserve every one of them. I will definitely be back to this store specifically.
This location is generally busy, and there's a long wait if you haven't scheduled your visit in advance. However, the team members are organized, know their material, and want to help.
I don't think I've ever had a positively memorable experience at a phone store until today. Terry helped us upgrade two phones today and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Great service.
I've had service with Verizon through three name changes now. Had a problem, Jackie the manager took care of it immediately. Very happy
