You need ID to get a plan but I didn't have mine. Guess I should have mentioned that before the 45 minute waiting list. But they are least are kind. Call before you go to be put on the list. That way you don't have to wait. Or go and walk around the mall. It's a good sized for a 45 minute wait.
They were very helpful, going above and beyond to help us get the best price for our plan and what would save us the most money. Very friendly. I always love going here. Staff is wonderful.
So far I'm not impressed with this phone maybe I should get a Samsung
Mya and all staff was great! Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. In and out with a new phone in about 20 minutes.
