They have all the new cool phones

Amazing customer service. Such a stark contrast to. AT&T. While it may have been caused by competition from the lower 48, GCI has stepped it's game up over the last year or so. I've switched all of my services to them.

Best internet in Alaska!

Today will be the last day. I had enough. Compare to the other carrier services. You guys lost me. Always charging over data when I don't even use it. Enough.

Friendly staff I just wish there was more competition for reasonable internet in Alaska

I walked in there very upset because my husband's phone was having problems. They resolve them all and we are now happy. Thank you GCI
