I placed an order online for pickup for the first time so I didn’t really understand the overall process for it- I was earlier than I should have been and was greeted by great customer service. the employee there helped me quickly and made the process go smoothly. great location!

I enjoyed the opportunity to see all the details of the items offered by this company. The website could use some content decluttering, doubled up pictures made us feel like we were not seeing everything we wanted to see. While shopping online all cuddled up with my beautiful Queen.

Very slim selection for 30D bra size online. T shirts aren't what they used to be. Place is disappointing. Staff are very helpful though which is the only reason they got any stars at all.

Well long story short, the first time around the associations sum was pleasant & others well! Let’s me just say wasn’t so pleasant!! I felt like I was being watched! But the store was very nice & Organize mostly items & sizes in stock! After all my total spending came up 80$ bucks, with thats being said it wasn’t no need that’s one maybe 2 Associates to watch me like hog!!! Anyhoo since I like to go in return something I be going to the south ridge location instead! Why I gave them 4 ratings is because they had items & sizes in stock & sum lady was very nice & offer Measurements! If needed to be although the fitting Rm still not available.

Best store and best deals for Christmas. Lots of good sales and finally got a bra that fit well because the lady measured me and also helped me pick out the proper bra and lingerie by looking at my body shape. Haven't felt this sexy in a long time. I would post a picture, but that would be inappropriate.

Somewhat small store but has all the basics. Store looked clean and straightened. I did have to wait in line quite awhile as they only had two cashiers working. There were seven people in front of me.

Love their coco lotion beauty products. Such a soft and pretty smell. I get compliments every where I go. Comes in lotion body wash perfume oil. Wish they wouldn't of changed the body wash. Still smells the same but has exfoliating side to it. A little rough, like the soft and creamy version much more.

I stopped by to get re-fitted since gaining some weight. The fitting expert was the best!!! She listened to me well, grabbed multiple different options, readjusted fit, and grabbed more options. So thankful to have such kind assistance in a vulnerable moment.

If I could give this store a zero stars, I would. The workers are not helpful. They are rude, unintelligent strong lack of product knowledge, and they give you promising answers that they actually can’t deliver. When I walked into the store, their greeter didn’t even know the bra styles she should have and she looked like she was half in the bag. She had peculiar behavior. On top of that, it felt like I was speaking to someone who had limited answers. It was robotic in a sense and unpleasant. The workers that were congregated near the back of the store rushed to me. One woman began talking to me and then pawned me off to another worker. As I was being fitted, two other workers ended up replacing the original worker. I understand that a store gets busy, but there is such a thing as time management and remembering your prior responsibilities before you’re trying to quick secure another sale for your paycheck. The experience I had was horrendous. I was appalled. Clearly a massive reality check needs to happen and fast. No wonder the star rating for this store on Yelp is teetering from a 3.0 to a 2.9 . Save your money for another VS store that is ran properly. Do not waste your time here. I guarantee you will be happier and satisfied going to another location.

Took my daughter to get a bra that could be worn under her homecoming dress. The help we received was excellent! As soon as we walked in the door a young lady asked if there was anything specific we were looking for and if we wanted any help finding it. We explained our situation and she called someone in the back by the dressing rooms on a "walkie talkie" type radio thing and told her she was sending us back for her help. Once at the dressing rooms the lady offered to measure my daughter so we could get her exact size. After that we told her what type of bra we wanted and she went above and beyond and ended up getting us exactly what my daughter wanted. I would recommend this store for its great customer service. Prices are a whole different story. Obviously, this is Victoria's Secret and prices will be high. If price isn't an issue for you then I would say you have to give this place a try...I'm sure you'll love it.
