I hate to leave a mediocre review. However. I came to the place on a whim (Groupon purchase) for services prior to a vacation. I’m fairly certain the establishment may be a one-woman operation in terms of staffing. While customer service wasn’t necessarily problematic as she was friendly enough, I must say the attendant (who appears to be the anesticist and owner) may want to brush up on her waxing skill sets — I left in excruciating pain that lasted several hours. Not entirely a pleasant and relaxing experience.

IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SKIN. DO NOT GO. I went in for a brazilian wax and was told to trim ahead of time. Some of the hair was a tad too short, so as a seasoned esthetician and waxer, one should know not to repeatedly wax the same area over and over trying to get them, you should also know to not be "Rough" down there as Videll pointed out she is. I was unable to walk properly for two days, and have scabbing skin down there now. Along with the horrible in convenience of having to sleep with an icepack between my legs because I could not bear the burn and pain from this wax. I will NOT be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE! I purchased a package from Groupon for a massage and facial. After a long conversation with the person on the phone from the spa where I was lied to and threatened, she said "I can tell you are aggravated. I'm not going to honor your voucher. You can contact Groupon to get your money back. "

Called to make 2 appointments with the groupons I had purchased. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. Very unhelpful and lacked communication skills when discussing the Groupon. You would think as the business owner she would be both pleasant and respectful but this was absolutely not the case here. Wish I could give negative stars, needless to say I will not be getting my massage nor will I ever recommend this spa to anyone else.

This was a Christmas gift. When I called to make appointment they asked for the groupon # I expressed I wasn't comfortable with that that I will bring the groupon with me. As I don't want it to be redeemed until I actually get the service. She insisted on the number. I asked what if I didn't have a groupon and was calling for an appointment? She said I would require a credit card # to make an appointment. I asked why is credit card required for an appointment. Her reply was because people don't show up for appointments and we require a 24 hour cancelation notice and there is a $30 fee if you do not show or do not give 24 hour notice. I expressed my disbelief and said I've had many services at many places and never have been required to give a credit card to make an appointment. She said well "THEN YOU ARE WELCOME TO GO ELSEWHERE". This is our policy and we've been in business for 19 years. I cant believe these words came out of this woman's mouth. Well guess what, I will be going elsewhere. This woman has lost her mind if she thinks she's getting a dime from me or my friend. I called my friend and told her about the rude treatment and told her I am not using the groupon and if it were me, I would demand full refund from Groupon I would not accept groupon bucks. This is clearly no way to get business. Why spend money for advertising when word of mouth is free and if you do a stellar job and have stellar customer service I tell all of my friends about it. When I called back to cancel my appointment she told me she never scheduled the appointment she knew I wasn't going to come in anyway. I will never ever step foot in VIDELL.
