Not organized. Needs to be trained on time management. The wait is ridiculous even if you have an appointment.

I think that their rules are horrible. You're dealing with people with mental disabilities. If you miss an appointment because you have an emergency, they punish you by making you come in and wait in person for the next available Dr. Come on.. I worked at TLS in Syracuse NY.  We worked with people with MH  disabilities and physical disabilities and TBI's..terminal brain injuries.  You have to be lenient with people. I would be ashamed to be affiliated with Viewpoint...

Not sure the Dr actually speaks with my therapist but i feel she just gives you any medicine .. my therapist Josh is awesome though he is a great listener and has great solutions ... I highly recommend Josh
