I have problems getting refills here. What is the refill website good for if you don't do your job? $25 fee on a medicine I don't take? Did you read my request? Hello, wake up? Don't play with people's health.

Dr. Gary Matthews is by far the best psychiatrist I’ve seen. He has a very calm demeanor and takes time to listen to his patients. I am so happy I found this practice as I am finally feeling like myself again. Also, getting an appointment is very easy. I just called and I can be seen tomorrow morning. Extremely convenient and the staff is very knowledgeable. I’m not forced to take medications that I have previously been on that made me sick. He works with me and I leave feeling very confident for once!

Absolutely the best care I have received. The staff are friendly and very well organized. If I had to refer someone this would be my first choice

I'd give zero stars if I could. The process for transferring to another office when you move to a new area is broken. The Stockbridge office would not see my son without a release form for medical records from the Snellville office. I submitted the forms and my records were transferred and they still refused to make an appointment to see my son in Stockbridge, stating that another form needed to be filled out in person. I asked that the office manager contact me by end of business so that I could get help with scheduling and I've yet to hear from her. I've been on this roller coaster ride for two weeks now and they have all my son's records. Meanwhile, my son is without proper treatment. I made an appointment with Apex Family Healthcare and they were able to get us scheduled for the same day without these front office/lack of customer focus/scheduling issues. Do not go to this group if you can help it.

The unacceptable levels of incompetence from the staff mixed with the atrocious office-keeping makes this place a joke. You can call and leave a message to make a new appt, thats it. You cant get anyone to answer the phone at any time. If you call, you can leave a message that will never be returned or you can wait on hold for 15 minutes to be sent to another answering machine, which will never be returned. I dont think anyone would come here if there were a better option in the area.
