My experience has been great. Really like Deena Altman. At first she was in office but moved out of state so I have to video chat her in office. I chose to do that over switching psychiatrists because Deena has helped me a lot so I wanted to stay with her. Been with her for about 2 years and very happy. When dealing with medication, She's doesn't stop until she knows it works with me and gets the right medication. I recommend this place!

Dr. Nichols has been a great psychiatrist, but the administration staff is absolutely awful. Good luck of you have a question about your prescription, you're unlikely to reach anyone. If you leave a voicemail it will likely go unanswered.

the office hours are wrong. they are only open from 9am to 5pm.

Lindsey is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. She listens and has helped me reduce and maintain my medications and mental health! I went ahead and recommended her to my roommate who also likes her a lot!

My therapist referred me here over 2 months ago, I still don't have an appointment because they never pick up. If they do it's a long process to do anything, and I was hung up on. You need patience and time to waste, not a great mix for people who have mental health issues. Terrible customer service.

It seems as though once you get in you'll be okay, however I can't imagine myself waiting 5 minutes while the phone rings to make or change appointments.
