I called to ask about Mental Health Treatment for a loved one and they stated they only deal with Drug Addiction. I asked if I could speak with an administrator to see if they knew of local mental health facilities that were safe. The "receptionist" kept saying "we are nation-wide drug abuse treatment" and hung up on me. Definitely would not recommend this place if this is how they show compassion.

I got amazing care from Dr. Pihera who is no longer there, but everything else was an issue. One of the schedulers is unbelievably surly - would straight up sigh/groan into the phone while "helping me" (and do it so loudly that my husband could hear from the other side of the room), ask unnecessary and invasive questions that are NOT suitable for a scheduler to ask. They are also incredibly difficult to get a hold of for billing.
There's really no excuse for this. If you work in mental health, you should provide compassionate, professional care.

Just awful. Getting scheduled is next to impossible. Dr. Klein is rude, aggressive and uncaring. He's a bully that talks over you, talks down to you, and above all won't listen. I've never seen a psychiatrist talk over everything the patient tried to say. His diagnosis? Get over it without medication. Thanks,l!

This place has been on a decline for a while now and I will not be returning. I can't get a live person on the phone. No one will return my calls. Every phone message reminds you that things can be done online, but I've not received any replies to those requests either. Regularly calls in my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, if they're called in at all. I visited the office earlier this month and still have not had a prescription called in and no one will help me. Don't waste your time.

I received a phone call after filling out an online appointment form. I spoke to a receptionist and figured out an appointment time, and was assured I would be treated for multiple conditions during the appointment. I was asked for credit card information, which I didn't have on hand at the time, so I told them I would call back. She told me it needed to be before 5pm or else my appointment would be cancelled. When I did (30 minutes later), no one answered, so I left a voice mail. When I didn't get a call back, I called again. No answer. And once more at 4pm, when a different receptionist answered. I gave her my card information from work, which was declined (it had money on it), so I gave her my second card information (capital one mastercard), which also has money on it, and it was also declined. I mentioned that being odd, considering I had money on both, and them only taking a penny. She got quite defensive, informing me there was no way it could be her machines. I told her I had just gotten home and would run inside to grab my boyfriends card, which would take all of 5 minutes, when she cut me off saying "your appointment will be cancelled at this time. Have a good day". She clearly just wanted to go home and didn't want to do any extra work or wait 5 minutes. I have SEVERE psychosis. I spent the rest of my day in shambles, because I had gotten my hopes up about finally finding a doctor that treats most of my issues. My boyfriend was finally able to calm me down.
Yet today, while in Walmart, I received a call from them. They were returning my call from when I left a voice mail. I explained my appointment had been cancelled, and asked if it was still available. She put me on a brief hold. When she returned, she asked which location I made the appointment (I was unclear on that), what I was being treated for (I told her Suboxone but also that I absolutely needed to be treated for other psychological problems during the same appointment) and she told me she needed to put me on a brief hold, without explanation. I didn't mind. Until 30 minutes later, which the entirety of was spent standing in an aisle at Walmart, becoming increasingly anxious, the blaring hold music halts as though someone took me off hold, and immediately hangs up. I stood there for several minutes, appalled by this, and also waiting for her to call me back. Nothing.
I'll find another practice, who actually gives a damn about their MENTAL patients. Most of which either being a sensitive self destructive time bomb recovering from addiction, or schizophrenics suffering from hallucinations that may trigger them to inflict harm upon themselves or others, or the handful of other conditions they "treat".
I am very sad by this experience, and hope other potential patients are not treated this way. I'm hoping it was just a bad day... Or two days.
