The staff and doctors are amazing, and extremely helpful. Everyone is very and professional as well as family oriented.

the counsellor we saw seemed good but the admin side is very disappointing. Took months and several requests to forward some records. never fulfilled other requests despite numerous visits, calls and forms filed. when you call to follow up they 'can't find it'. then they demand we visit their office again to fix their mistakes. i wonder how much other business they've lost due to poor admin. seems to be the weak point with many health services. we wont be returning.

Wonderful facility, with warm and loving staff who is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Staff do not return messages from patients or pharmacists, two prescriptions from two different nurses could not be filled as written. Late appointment fee waived then charged again. Update: showed up for a 4pm appointment and it is currently 5:30 and Im still waiting. I will not be returning and will strongly urge others to pass on this establishment as well.

Unprofessional and not client centered: therapist brought her religious views into my session, and then refused to return some personal materials until I called multiple times.
