Vince's Auto Repair & Sales

This was our first time going to an auto shop. Being new car owners we were very naive and didn't know much. Vince his son and a very nice lady named Tony were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. After looking at our car they found a problem with the car's two front links, I left the car overnight and they started working on it the next day and later I was able to drive it. I am super pleased with their service and honesty and will certainly being coming here for anything I need done and as long as I live in Baltimore.

My first time experience with this business is exceptional, I am well pleased with how compassionate, professional and flexible they are with all of their customers. I needed mandatory work done on my vehicle and they took their time and didn’t rush. My vehicle rides so much smoother now from when I first brought it in to their shop.

Hands down the best service I have ever experienced. They are honest, friendly, and informative. If you want a really good mechanic, this is the place to go! They educated about me about my car, had a quick turn around when I was having car troubles and provided me with transportation. I felt like they treated me like their own. They are patient and willing to answer any and all questions you have without rushing you like other auto repair places. I was very pleased and impressed with their customer service and most importantly their honesty about the repairs.
