Bob and his team at Custom Coach are a 1st class operation, their workmanship is quality and should you encounter a problem, they stand behind their work. I'm very pleased I had my coach serviced at Custom Coach. Custom Coach will be the 1st place I call for future repairs and service work.

Custom Coach is my go to place in MD. Their customer service is hands down the best place around. Thank you Bob and Custom Coach staff for always being helpful and going above and beyond for customers!

I had work done there on my vehicle. The front desk staff was really nice, however the owner, "not so much". If the owner makes a mistake, he will not take any responsibility for his actions. At first I thought that he was professional, but he turned-out to be a "hot head", that made-up ridiculous excuses for his error. I think that the only reason that Custom Coach has a high rating is because there are not a lot of companies that do the type of work that they do in this area. I will never allow them to touch my vehicle again.
