In the early 1950's, a young Sicilian man named Salvatore Oliveri, decided to pursue his desire to start his own business in America. Beginning in Ellis Island, NY, and working his way west, he perfected a family recipe that led us to our specialty New York style pizza offered today.
This first generation man's daughter, Elena Coco, her husband Vince, joined in business with their son Vinnie Coco Jr., now contribute to this family recipe that started in Palermo, Sicily, was developed in New York, and now is offered here in the Northwest.
