Virginia Hearing Consultants

I recently relocated here and needed to find a new audiologist to manage the settings on my hearing aids. I work in an operating room, so my hearing needs are very specific. Dr. Bartlett and her assistant, Sabrina, are by far the most helpful team that I have ever worked with. Dr. Bartlett not only recommended and fit me with new molds, but was also able to adjust the settings on my aids to give me the clearest sound quality possible. Not an easy task for someone that works in such a noisy environment. I'm proud to say that my co-workers are surprised to find out that I even wear hearing aids - that's how good she is. And Sabrina is equally as amazing. She is the epitome of efficiency and kindness, and will work magic when I have an emergency to get me in as soon as possible. Would give these guys 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Bartlett's medical background, professionalism and care are exceptional. After having a bad experience with hearing aids, I found Dr. Bartlett and am a believer that hearing aids actually do improve hearing. She is thorough in her testing, evaluation and recommendations. I was able to try different styles and brands before making a decision. She spent a lot of time patiently consulting with me. I am extremely satisfied. She is available to make adjustments and has a great follow-up program for her patients. Sabrina is wonderful at the desk. I have Resound hearing aids and I could not find a local audiologist who could take care of the problems I was having expeditiously. Those who wear hearing aids understand that getting fast assistance is very important when you rely on being able to hear from hearing aids. The team at Virginia Hearing Consultants was able to get me in within 24 hours, spent the time to evaluate and listen to my issues, concerns and get my devices back to an operating condition well above my expectations. I didn't know how well my hearing aids worked until they aligned them with my specific hearing requirements... fantastic and personalized service, customer for life!

My wife's hearing aids were bought in Denmark, but one failed while we were staying in Virginia Beach. Within days Virginia Hearing had facilitated a new aid from the manufacturer, and it didn't cost us a penny. Outstanding customer service!

Eight days before my daughter’s wedding one of my hearing aids went out. Having just moved to the area, I didn’t have an audiologist but looking at the reviews, I decided to see Dr. Bartlett. Within a few days Dr. Bartlett had my hearing problem resolved and I heard both “I do’s” at the wedding loud and clear. From the time of my initial panicked visit to the time my problem was resolved, Sabrina and Dr. Bartlett treated me as if I were a long time patient.
