Vivid Colors Carpet Cleaning & Restoration

Great workmanship. They repaired a damage from a renter and also cleaned all the carpets. Really great professionals to work with!

Very disappointed. This company came highly recommended from friends. I took advantage of their 3 rooms and hall for $99.00. I was charged $120.00 because my hall went into the foyer. My carpets were in good shape, didn't really need 3 rooms done, but heck, it was a deal. I had 2 dark spots in front of my couch, where people's feet go and I had a spot where I had spilled some iced tea. The next day the stains were still there. I reached out to the owner, he was rude on the phone but agreed to look. He told me the spots were wear and tear and tea doesn't come out. (I've spilled tea before, my husband spot treats and easily gets it out.) I asked why his cleaner didn't tell me this before he began or let me know he couldn't get spots out before he took my $120.00 and left. He offered to send the cleaner back but told me if the spots were still there he would charge me again......What happened to customer service? Did I mention his driver tore up our lawn running off the driveway backing in? Very rude poor quality work and very poor customer service. Follow up-Mohawk Carpet company sent a rep all the way from Philadelphia to assess the 'wear' on my carpet. He did a thorough evaluation, brought out a potable carpet cleaner, went over the ares cleaned by Vivid colors and took back to Mohawk Lab.......determination-it was dirt...so much for the owner of Vivid Colors who was so sure it was carper wear. It was simple everyday dirt which his cleaning failed to remove

I'am the Community Manager at Leander Lakes in Dover. We use Vivid for our painting, cleaning and carpets. They are amazing! Even with their busy schedule if I have an emergency they are sure to fit me in. The owners and staff are friendly and professional.

I have been working with Vivid Colors for a over a year now and I have zero complaints. It is always super easy to set up an appointment and they always do such a wonderful job! I have seen them take an awful carpet and make it look brand new. The owner is a wonderful man to work with and all of his employees are very dedicated and have great customer service and always do such a good job. I would highly recommend this company!
