I used to order weekly for coworkers and myself. 4/5 times I have to call and ask them to bring parts of our order that they forgot. It’s usually the extra items-dipping sauce/dressing, but has also included drinks that come with the lunch special. I wouldn’t care if we didn’t have to pay for it. Then we wait another 30 minutes for it to be delivered. I can’t believe there is not quality control in place to verify orders before they leave the store. Also, please write the type of hoagie on the bag! I don’t like unwrapping other people’s sandwiches to make sure they are given to the right person. It’s seriously the little things that make a business great, and you guys fail repeatedly.

The food was good even though it was cold they brought us the wrong 2 liter bottles of Pop took them 15 minutes to fix that and the pop they brought us was warmer than the pizza like an hour and a half to get our order not counting the 15 minutes to fix the pop. The boxes or wet and crushed I called and informed the store they acted like they didn't care I also filled out a complaint on their website and of course no one has been in contact with me so apparently no one at Vocelli's Pizza cares. Not sure I will order again.

Always delicious! And very friendly staff... I always order online, there's almost always some type of special ordering online! ;)
