Vocelli Pizza

I have had a few great experiences with Vocelli's! Today I waited exactly an hour and a half for 1 large cheese pizza and it arrived COLD. Called the store and Caleb was very nice and said another pizza would be on its way shortly..... it took 50 minutes which is pretty good timing!

Took an hour. Not a huge deal....but the pizza was room tempature at best...buffalo chicken pizza had maybe 1 ounce of buffalo sauce misted gingerly over the large pizza, needless to say I asked for it to actually have sauce to prevent this issue...no salad dressings for our salads, no utensils (they knew I was at a hotel ) I paid cash, only credit that was offered was a replacement pizza. My kids ate pbj sandwiches while I explained to them how work ethic and pride in your work is important, no matter where you work or what you do. I will say the delivery driver was a very nice guy and I feel bad he has to deliver subpar food.

Had a coupon but the register wouldn't take off the discount, even though it was valid and didn't have any restrictions on it, they told me they couldn't do anything. I asked what they were going to do with the pizza and they told me my pizza looked good so they were going to eat it. What "great" customer service. This is the second time I've been ripped off by them the first time they made me pay for 30$ pizza that was supposed to be half off because my card already went through... I will never eat here again ...

Vocelli of Morgantown litterly ripped me and my coworkers off. Ordered and PAID for 4 colossal pizzas and they delivered 4 large. won't reimbursed nor make it right. SHAME

Best pizza in town. My opinion is you cannot find a better pizza ANYWHERE!! Even a plain cheese pizza is great!
