Waffle House

I visit this location normally on a Fri or Sat night. I had a concern from the last visit. I called the location spoke to the manager about my concern. The manager was professional, understanding and immediately looked into mu concern. She called me back within 30 minutes, we discussed it and the concern was resolved. The manager name is Ms. Nicki. Ms. Nicki superceded my experience with kindness and a smile! She even welcomed me to lunch on my next visit!! Thank you Ms. Nicki my lunch was awesome!!

Very clean, well organized, friendly, and organized staff. Our visit started with a very warm welcome and only got better! Food was served correctly, poping hot, and was very tasty.

Rude waitress her name was Tequya or something like that she got upset due to me asking for a clean rag to wipe my own table she decided not to serve me and tell another waitress to serve me which I was fine but I was there at least 15 min before they helped me out since the other waiter had all her tables dirty 3 customer came in after me and were served before me I did as for the manager , the waitress’s if I could be discreet about it since quote “she did not want drama being started” I answered politely yes ma’am don’t worry I will be discreet Another thing my table was infested in ants 20 min later …..manager still did not come to my table after I asked for her Update: manager did not know I had asked for her she came spoke tome great lady

Awesome Waffle House experience. The whole staff was super friendly and very entertaining. One lady was singing while we ate, she was singing Whitney Houston’s “When you believe” and honestly it added to whole the experience. I didn’t know your name but if you read this, please never stop singing, we loved you. Our server was top notch, very sweet. As far as the food quality goes, it was pretty good as far as Waffle Houses go. Portion size of the country ham was generous basically a whole pork chop. My only complaint is that it was a little too salty for my liking. Still, I would definitely recommend this Waffle House.

My server was Nema, she was energetic and amazing!! Great food & great fun! So delicious!!

After many many visits I can say that this is literally the worst Waffle House in the system . Absolutely some of not all the most retched rude employees anywhere ; manager that is usually on site has no control over her staff. Training manager was on site training a new waitress and was not helpful either although I would have been quiet as well with the aggressive staff that was on the clock .

This is one of my jobs. We are definitely on point. If you want to come out have a good meal, decent conversation, and the opportunity to create new connects, we can be all that and more. Feel free to ask for me when you come in, Brenda. Thanks happy New Years everyone.Food: 5/5

Came here a couple of times and this is a good place for a quick meal. Had the allstar breakfast both times. They even made me an omelet. Service is quick and correct. Food always come out right. No complaints.

Idk y waffle house is open 24/7 if their staff doesn't want to work over night. I came to this WH around 2:30am 9/16. Ordered 2 steak sandwiches. Both sandwiches were sooooo soggy and gross. Way too much cheese and nasty bacon. Went back in and asked for it to be remade. The male cook gave me new, toasted, bread. Terrible service. Both the cook and "manager" were in a vehicle hanging out. Very awkward.
