Walmart Vision & Glasses

They said they took walk ins at 2pm when I called at 10am. When I got there at 1:45 they said they weren't taking walk ins. I asked when they would be able to make an appointment but it was about 2 weeks out. The girl behind the counter couldn't even make eye contact with me the entire time we talked. Customer service is not something they offer. Lots of eye doctors in this town. I'd recommend going somewhere else.

I made an appointment 3 or 4 years ago and they did an eye exam. I ordered glasses with the prescription they gave me. Now I just called and left a message to schedule a follow up eye exam. They are polite.

Awful at keeping appointments promised to patients and cant even meet in the middle to make customer happy for their mistakes. I have a job that requires me to use my eyeballs and I work this job the same hours the Vision Center is open. I took off work and took attendance points to come in only to be told i scheduled my appointment 1 1/2 months from now. They never apologized to me. They would not offer trials till i could fix up an appointment with work so I wouldn't have to take another set of points on my attendance. This is also a job I started this week and I dont like having to ask my boss for 2 days off to see the eye doctor for an eye exam. That just looks like im trying to skip work and im an idiot for trying to make a 2 day eye exam work for a ''lie''. Worst part is, is that they made it out as if I was the one who made the mistake. Just tell me why would I set up an eye exam 1 1/2 months down the road when I told them I needed contacts now? Neither Dr. Eads and his assistants would try to fix the mistake. They told me i could come in at 2 and first come first serve is all they would tell me they could do. Like I said I took off and was suppose to be back to work at a roundabout time and thats not gonna happen if there are 3 people there already waiting. Plus I have school work to attend to on the computer at home. Im busy, thus this is why people set up a designated appt that works for them. Not you Dr. Eads!
