Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff, both at the point of purchase and for a return. I tried progressive lenses and they did not work out for me. The staffer who assisted with my exchange was fantastic.

Definitely the easiest eye exam experience I’ve ever had! The people there are super nice and welcoming. I tried on glasses with their app and then in person so I knew what I wanted and was out in under 20 minutes. Definitely recommend!

I am having a bad experience with Warby Parker.They got my insurance information wrong, so I had to pay cash. It took over a month to get my glasses. Now I have my new glasses, but the prescription is wrong. So it's hard to get In contact with them on phone due to the pandemic. Love my glasses, but can't wear them
