Visit date: 9/22/21 5:30pm glasses + contact exam First time going to this Warby Parker, and I’ll definitely be going back. Dr. McDonald and the floor team were such a pleasure to work with. I was the last appointment of the day but I didn’t feel rushed. Probably the most seamless, friendly eye care experience I’ve had.
Great service and location. The staff is professional and kind, always ready to help. Reginald is an expert optician and did a great job!
1 star thanks to the complete a$$hole answering their customer service phone numbers. Hope it was worth the lost business, big man.
Retail service needs to be improved. Disorganized selection and non-professional clerks.

Underwhelming....apparently success in online customer service doesn’t translate to retail. Delay. No updates. Inconsistent customer service. Retail is disorganized and undertrained.
