Warshafsky Law Firm

Warshafsky is a great law firm. A friend’s car was hit on a rural highway by a semi that never stopped. The insurance denied the claim saying he was not covered because he was driving his dad’s car. He was injured and had serious medical bills. Warshafsky investigated and found a responsible insurance company. They saved him major financial problems. While they primarily do personal injury law these are really smart people who have helped me deal with minor problems that arise in business. While I have not used them for personal injury I have met a number of their clients and have researched their results. Because they do such thorough investigating and because they leave no stone unturned on behalf of clients I have referred and highly recommend Warshafsky. The bottom line really is money if you are wrongfully injured and no one is going to get you more.

The Warshafsky Law Firm were diligent and very professional. I rarely write a review unless I feel strongly about something, but I truly feel that everyone at Warshafsky worked hard on our case and deserves all the good praises. We never felt like we couldn't trust them to work for us to get everything that we deserved. Trusting in the Warshafsky team, especially Frank T. Crivello, was one of the best decisions my family had made. Not only did we have a really good attorney on our side, but we ended up with someone we can consider a friend as well. Avoid at all costs if you are looking for a law firm who is going to care about you and your case , and aggressively do what they must to get you what you need . These are not the lawyers for you if you want some real results .

My husband was in a very bad accident. A truck crossed the center line of the highway and hit his vehicle head on. We recognized right away the need for an experienced lawyer that we could trust. My personal experience with Warshafsky was everything I expect from an attorney: professional, timely, and thorough. I called their office 1 day after my accident. Within a couple hours, their accident investigator came to where I was, asked me questions, and took pictures. My case was tough in that neither an ambulance nor police officer showed up at the scene of the accident. They dealt with the pesky insurance adjustors to ensure my medical bills were paid for. I can’t Give Warshafsky enough props for helping me close my case. If I had to do it over again, I would hire them 10/10 times.
