Wow, what can I say about this place, i lived there for one year and my car windows were busted out 3 times. The basement laundry room has a “SAW” vibe lol,
Decent place, with afforable rent. Amenities go out but maintence and management are quick to fix. Only reason this is 4 and not 5 stars is because it is an old building the elevators go out very frequently. Deffinitely would reccomend.
Management is great and very friendly, the flats are well-maintained, the upper floor views are fantastic, and the price is great.
Quiet and close to work... BUT, sick to death of elevators being out of service and NO handicapped parking. Definitely NOT ADA compliant but management doesn't care...told if someone is handicapped they should move out.
