Located West of Interstate 35, on Johnson Drive, Merriam, KS. BEST PLACE to find fluorescent bulbs for a wide variety of lamps. They may very well be the ONLY place to find replacement bulbs to lamps with bulbs no longer manufactured. I did. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. 4-3-2018. Mgb.

Our company always uses Watt Up for speciality bulbs! Great company, knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Brought in a item for replacement for customer. Older guy, owner? Looked it up in catalog right in front of me, and wrote up invoice for order. I Paid.
Should be delivered within a week. Would call when came in to pick up.
To make long story short, I contacted them several times when no contact after several more weeks, then months.
Now, months with telling me many excuses on hold with different people, they lost order, could not find paperwork, drove there 3 times in person, said never could get item wanted from manufacturer, etc.
Finally got refund, but customer lost HUNDREDS on re-sale for antique re-furbish for customer.
ALSO, spent day online to try to make it right for MY customer, found same item needed by Google search, but too late :)
Here is my advice. GOOGLE search yourself!!!,
Find your item delivered within one week directly, and eliminate this middleman!
I found my order for 5.00 per piece less, PLUS, several dollars less to ship even multiple items for what I had paid them to ship for one!
Also, terrible off-street parking at busy intersection, but they have parking in back reserved for them, with many extra spaces always empty, and marked for 'employees only'. Seems put customers last?
This is the worst review I have ever done. I do not take this lightly, can matter to a small business.
I can honestly say that I made several calls, visits, etc. to try to make this right for many months. Lost paperwork twice?!
I can prove I got my product within 1 week, for much less online directly.
BUT, a positive! They are always busy when I have come in.
They seem to be very nice.
Maybe they just have more business than they can handle well?
They also did admit they screwed up, and said they rarely do.
That is RARE! I like that!
So, worth a try?
