I read some of the negative reviews below and they do not fit any of my multiple experiences. I have always been greeted and then helped promptly. Staff is knowledgeable in helping me with my kids instruments.

I bought a guitar for my son and some accessories for it. He loved it! Thanks for the wonderful customer service. I was able to try out the a few instrument's while I was in the store. Thanks again.
