RUN AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!! Lakika the representative at the window was super rude and refused to help me cash a check that was from Wells Fargo and rudely sent me away saying she couldn't help. I went to another branch and asked for a manager to review the check and find out why it wasn't cashed. She said she had no idea why the rep didn't help me and cashed it. I went back to this branch and asked for the manager. Linda Hillsboro Or something with an H for the last name came with the NASTIEST ATTITUDE I've ever experienced from a business. I informed her of the treatment i received from her branch and she said to do what I have to do and WALKED AWAY in mid-conversation!!!! Zero emotional intelligence that you would expect from a leadership position such as hers. I hate to use the term Karen in a derogatory way but she was the POSTER CHILD for the meaning of that word. I'm filing a BBB COMPLAINT as well as filing a formal complaint to the corporate office as well. I had to WARN anyone who reads this to spare themselves the experience of going to a poorly run location like this one...
The "customer service" we've gotten at this Wells Fargo Bank WFB branch is so horrible it is almost beyond belief. We have VERY large investments with Wells Fargo Advisors WFA. The last straw for us was when we went to deposit a $151k personal check from my cousin last week. We did not want any cash back from the check. I ended up spending 45 minutes of total aggravation inside the bank. The teller was blatantly snide and disrespectful. Then I started to get angry because it was already taking more than 10 minutes to just deposit a check. They proceeded to parade up two completely useless nebbish "managers". Both downright refused to explain what the problem was. I finally demanded to talk with the branch manager, Linda Highland. WFB apparently thinks all customers are stupid so they gave all of their managers the title of "Vice President" no matter how lowly or incompetent they are. She was practically just as bad as the others, even after I informed her of our LARGE WFA balance, and even after I explained what was happening in her branch and my frustration over it. I was so mad by this time that I reached out to my WFA advisor. He helped a tremendously! It turned out that Linda Highland was a worthless bank manager in practically every way as far as I could tell. Another teller finally gave me a deposit slip for the $151k check deposit, and the check cleared several days later. We felt that we experienced the absolute worst levels of service, concern, competence, and respect from all four WFB employees that day; the teller, the two "managers", and Linda Highland the branch manager. We were going to use WFB for a large cash depository for our various investment accounts. Not anymore! Then I moved our entire Wells Fargo Bank balance, except for a few hundred dollars, over to our Chase Bank account. We have happily banked at the Chase Bank for more than 20 years, and have never had any experience even remotely close to our WFB horrible experience. Good Riddance Wells Fargo Bank!!!
Extremely fantastic customer service, I've seen customers go in with their problems and putting it out on the staff I've always seen them handle it calmly and help me out with a smile on their face like they didn't just get bombarded with insults. Thank you all for the fantastic service as always!
Horrible horrible customer service. The excuse I got for bad service from the manager was that I should be okay with what happens because the lady who helped me is the “lead teller”. 1. The drive thru is not open 9/10 times I come to this branch. 2 I asked “lead teller” to help me count out $7000 in 20’s and she said no. She proceeded to watch me count. I asked if she would run bundles of $2000 thru the machine and she said no. She waited until I counted all $7400 and then took the whole pile of cash thru her machine. It came back different than my total. Of course this is what I was trying to avoid, having to start all over counting if it came back different. I started to recount and she asked me to leave her window and count out in the lobby. Of course this was uncomfortable. I replied no I will just have to do it here. She got her manager who was happy to help me count however the manager would not accept that her teller could have provided a resolution to this by helping or feeding it thru the machine in smaller bundles even though this is what the manager just got done doing. The teller proceeded to audibly laugh and argue with me as the process was going on. WF is awful. Transferred the cash I just put in our to another linked account right away and called CS and closed account after 25 years. Horrible horrible bank all around.
Great friendly service, however I was enticed to start an account here at wellsfargo and get $400 back after I set up direct deposit and have at least 3 months direct deposits in the account. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 4 months and they have been great except now they say I don’t qualify, no options no solutions other than I do not qualify. Be very weary, I believe they are trying to game new accounts at any cost but to live up to their agreements. I don’t feel comfortable with this type of business practice, I will go back to my credit union.
Brandon, why would you assume I wasn’t a merchant? Do you ask everyone that jumps in the merchant line if they are a merchant?
I'm coming in from El Paso and I walked into my favorite Bank to ask if they had a public restroom and with a smirk she said no that was the end of that and this is the end of my relationship with Wells Fargo.
I always good service here. Fast, reliable, and friendly. The good reviews are often forgotten to be written. Edgar served me today on a somewhat important issue that needed immediate attention; they took care of it like a breeze. Tip: The drive through can be crowded after 4pm but the staff is super quick so walking in is just as effective as the drive through in case you're in a hurry.
Always 10 employees waddling around but only 1 teller ever working. Absolute joke of a branch. The atm's will also take cash for deposit but not credit your account for days. Hope you're enjoying that federal bailout money guys.
Horrible customer service!!!! Tried to deposit cash for my mother who just lost her husband and they wouldn't let me. They think everyone is a criminal and trying to launder money. What ever happen to real customer service?
