This Wells Fargo is much better than its counterpart down the road and Pineville across from Carolina Place Mall. I exclusively use this Branch now because of the ignorance at the other one.

Contacted them about scheduling a loan officer appointment and never got contacted again.

Very poor customer service.Waiting for the banker for a long time.The lady asking too many personnel questions.So rude.Disappointed with this bank.
