Good group of staff...I love those ladies!!!

Always helpful and professional. They remember us every time we are there and really enjoy our banking relationship.

I don't know why the bad reviews about this branch. Have been here twice and the experience have been pleasant. Manager was really helpful and sweet. Tellers are nice too.

Rude as hell!!! Called in to ask about setting up account since I'm shopping for a new bank banker was rude for no reason at 10am, not busy at all parking lot empty and nasty as attitude

Need to work on telephone skills . I called the bank for the first time after moving from Rock Hill SC and talked with a very rude teller . I always had pleasant experiences at my former First Citizen Bank .
