Wells Fargo Bank

I just needed a temporary debit card. Only 2 bankers were working. Had to wait 35 min to be seen by a banker. Waiting should not be more than ten min with out a restroom for customers to use.

Good but not the best. Definitely not worth visiting if you are a tourist. It is not a remarkable place in the city. It is not a tourist attraction and if you just need ATM go to any because those in that bank aren't greater than other ATMs. Architecture isn't the best.

Very slow service

JV team here nobody is senior enough to be authorized to sign off on fairly basic services. Wells needs to step up their game and offer consistent service across their branches if they want to be a one stop shop. Not my bank.

I went there for some help but those employees really didn’t help me very well

I lost my debit card and had to have it replaced. There was a tiny bit of a wait, but it wasn't anything crazy. While I'm not a huge fan of WF, I'm definitely a fan of Victor P.'s! He helped me get a replacement card quickly and was so, so pleasant from start to finish. Thanks Victor! :

Wells Fargo is supposedly one of the best banks in the country, but this particular branch provides absolutely no evidence. For nearly 4 weeks I have been trying to get a simple matter resolved.

Long lines but understandable.
