Just spoke over the phone with the Assistant Manager, Jen, who could not have been more helpful and kind! She immediately found a creative solution to my problem, took care of it within 10 minutes, and followed up with an email. Thank you for helping people in this uncertain time!
Very Disappointed. Needed a fee removed. And PNC selfishly refused to remove even under these hard times, during an international crisis. Fee was not even my fault. SELFISH BANK.
The staff is always very friendly, attentive and courteous. I love that their window closes at 6 so on my way home i can just pop in do my business. Great location.
Wish I could give 0 stars. They can't take cash!! And here I thought it was a bank, not some hipster cashless Starbucks. I'm used to not getting service because I'm ugly or whatnot, but Jesus. At least come up a feasible excuse.
I always deposit my cash here and it's conveniently located by Port Authority. The tellers are always kind and there is almost always no wait time.
This is, by far, the nicest bank I have ever dealt with! James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions. So glad I switched to PNC!
