I'm surprised by the bad reviews. Every time I've come in for anything notarize documents, open a business account the staff has been super friendly and helpful. The wait time are minimal, also.

Despite all these negative reviews, I actually had a great experience both times I've visited. Maybe I go on Saturday mornings when it's less crowded since I live nearby. Every time, I was greeted with smiles and got the stuff done with efficiency and effectiveness. Five stars! Not sure why the other people are complaining.

I have no idea why this branch is so poorly rated. Been there 3 times in these two weeks. They were always empty and served me right away. I always went in the morning so I don’t know how crowded they are in the afternoon. I would suggest going in the morning.

Kate is really nice! Whenever i lose my cards or they are damaged I go there after school. The other bankers are nice as well. I love that they have hot chocolate and little lollipops. Its a really kind gesture. Its clean and comfy. Go visit them. I live far from manhattan but its worth the $2.50!
