Wendy's

This is how my order just went. I would like a #9. We have no fries. Just give me the sandwich with a large sweet tea. I also need a 5for$5. We don't have the nuggets and remember no fries. Oh yeah hold on let me ask my daughter. Ok give me the pretzel burger. We don't have the pretzel bun. Get her the burger I get. I need a large strawberry lemonade. We don't have any lemonade. Then a Dr.Pepper. We don't have any Dr. Pepper. Look at the burgers I got. I paid $17 for 2 of those burgers and 2 large drinks.

The food was good, but we had to wait for thirty minutes to order very long wait for “fast food” the restaurant was dirty there was food cups and other stuff on the ground, associates non of them was wearing gloves. I think three stars are too much for them

Stopped during a trip. This location is pretty far off the freeway. But the wait at the restaurant was ridiculous. One person in front of us when we walked in. One person taking orders and 3 kids back there staring at us. Then, order after order was coming out wrong. Added 20 minutes to our trip. Nothing fast about it, and fries were undercooked.

I forgot my phone inside Wendys while driving out for a trip back to Ohio. A worker named Dylan Smith let me know my phone was here and that he would make sure I got the phone back. Honest good folks that work here they deserve a chance. Thanks man!

Stopped in for a quick snack...everything was ok but both the hamburgers and the fries could have been hotter. Seemed like they both had been sitting in a warming area.Food: 3/5

I plainly ordered a plain spicy chicken sandwich with a large strawberry lemonade no ice. I ended up getting a chicken sandwich with mayo, pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce and the sandwich wasn’t even spicy. My lemonade that was supposed to be large strawberry no ice was plain medium and 95% ice. Never will I ever spend my time/money here again

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Coke Zero and was informed that they were out, so I order a diet Coke and when I paid and went to the next window to get my drink I was informed that I would have to pull forward and they would bring my drink out to me, I waited for like 4 minutes and almost got out of my vehicle to go in when a worker came out with my drink, and after I left I took a drink of it and it was Dr. Pepper. Needless to say I won't be going back and I now know why they weren't busy.

I meant to do this review a month ago and forgot. I’ve been here many more times since then and my opinion is the same. This is a wonderful WENDYS!.. This is my third time at this locations since it was established. Fast and friendly service so far. Food is fresh and well prepared. Chicken sandwiches are the absolute BOMB!! Spicy or regular. -Amanda

Nice fast food place - would rather have Wendy's instead of their competitors and at least their frosty machine isn't broke more times than not, lol.

Ordered ahead on the mobile app, went thru the drive thru and let them know I had pre ordered. She told me to pull into a parking spot for mobile orders. I sat and waited 20 minutes, looked over at the drive thru to see how busy it was and it was empty and quiet. Pulled back over to the window and let them know I was still waiting. She said "oh sorry. Pull back over and wait." 5 minutes later I got my food, nothing extra to make up waiting for 30 minutes. The burgers were cold. They got the drink wrong and didn't give any napkins or a fork for my potato. Horrible service and food. Won't go back
