Angry employees. Always. Breakfast is never an option until almost lunch. Tonight, no frosty machine, no chili available. At 7pm. Not late night. Not too much to ask. Waiting 15 min at the drive thru with the people behind us getting angry. But we’ve already paid. What can you do but sit in this hostile atmosphere? Three bags at our car. Food was hot at least. But no straws provided. So we couldn’t stop a cold drink after we burned our tongues. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt for being so close to home, but… …this place sucks. It just sucks. There’s not one good, redeeming thing I could say about it.
The young lady working the drive through is very rude. She act like I was bothering her when I was ordering my breakfast. Rudely she tells me to back up to the 3rd pole. 5 mins. late then tells me to pull back up and get my order. I ask for jelly and again rudely she tells in the bag. If I owned a business, especially serving the public. I would not hire rude people like that.
The food is usually good here except for late night...fries are normally cold at night. Service....not so great... After sitting in line for 30 to 45 min which is normal after dark they ALWAYS want u to back up behind the yellow pole and wait til they tell u to pull up to the window again. Considering the wait time to the window is so long i dont think anyone wants to back up to the yellow pole and wait another 5 - 10 min. Although if u are a regular customer this is expected, sometimes it can be pretty frustrating because at the point of finally reaching the window you are ready to pull off and leave... Not back up and waut a little longer. Wendys is not like this in the morning or at lunchtime. Only nights have this issue, so its unusual that i go at night now. Whatever timer system that they are trying to 'beat' is a little irritating to the customers. Maybe it would be a good idea to simply move the line in a timely manner as they do in the daytime so that this method wont be necessary.
The worst hamburger I have ever had from here. The bacon was not done and the bun was hard as a rock. Tells me it has been sitting there all day. I will never go to Wendy’s again. You need to hire people who care. All these young ones don’t care about anything Parking: No problem parking because the service is bad so nobody likes it here
Is your sign say your dinning room open till 10pm. Then how at 9:30pm I can't place an order because it's closed per the guy cleaning up. Prior to going inside the dinning room I waited in drive thru just waiting saying Hello...no answer. Thanks KFC for dinner.Service: 1/5
This Wendy's is closest to my house. I would love to frequent this establishment but they have the worse customer service imaginable. Every time I lower my guard and think that maybe my experience will be better, it further disappoints me. The staff is rude, nonchalant, and incompetent. I have concluded that they must be trained that way. How they remain open is beyond me. They seem to take pride in not having what is advertised and not telling you that until after you have paid for your order. If that item was purchased at an additional cost they won't offer to make accomodations for that or offer to refund your money. I don't know why they even open up on a daily basis. It must make them proud to disappoint the general public with their inadequate service. Their rating is actually -10. Wendy's franchise should be ashamed of having this place open under their name. Dave would definitely become an orphan again to distance himself from this place. Sorry that your daughter's name is associated with such an inept establishment. I know that most people use this place because it is convenient but I will go 100 miles out of my way to avoid patronizing this place. So farewell Wendy's on 3rd and Horn Lake you have not served me well! I wish the employees could and would read the reviews it could be a help to them in future endeavors. Just know that fast food service is not your area of expertise. Praying for all involved workers and customers too. Kid-friendliness: They are consistent in being rude to adults, as well as , kids. They don't attempt to accommodate the children.
I originally ordered a salad they didn't have it. I asked for a lemonade again not available. When I asked the young lady if they had ice cream she said yes. I asked for a frosty she said the only one they have is the strawberry. She didn't seem to know what food they actually had and she wasn't very friendly. If y'all are gonna charge out the frame the best you could do is have food. It's been at least five years since I ate at Wendy's and I see why. Y'all a lil outdated
If I could give a zero I absolutely will this Wendy's is ridiculously from the employees to the nasty/filthy restaurant. Then the manager attitude is ridiculous along with the employee. It's sad that you pay money to eat and they mad because you ordering your food and paying your hard earned money. Then y'all have all those flies and gnats flying everywhere its a dare shame Wendy's Vegetarian options: None at all
The service here is hit and miss. This particular visit this morning now, this wendy's is advertised as open at 630am on google maps which makes sense as there are other Wendy's open at 6am around the city. After I waited for 10 minutes when I could have gone to work instead, the lone employee finally got on to share that they were not open. When I asked if they can get the opening times changed, the employee ignored me and refused to answer. I understand that things happen-but to act as if I am not speaking, and to continue to advertise the incorrect opening times is frustrating.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. The restaurant might be better if the manager named Keyanna or however you spell her name wasn’t working there. She barely ever answers the phone for customers and yells at the employees. Extremely unprofessional. I do NOT recommend going to this location as long as she’s there.Food: 1/5
