Food was fresh and hot, the service was almost a 5 star but the cashier didn't know any answers for my questions. The atmosphere was fine except the ice tea machines handle broke and tea was flooding the counter and floor. A customer broke it and left the store without saying anything.Food: 5/5
You honestly can’t be that dumb. I have ordered twice from you in one night. You messed up the first time and gave me someone else’s order and then the second time you gave me the right receipt but AGAIN someone else’s food and drinksFood: 1/5
Serving the best quality food is quite an understatement! Our fries were colder than it was outside. We went around and asked for fresh fries, kindly. After a 20 minute wait they came back with the same fries still cold. We let it go and went home. That's when we found out the burgers were still half frozen. Completely ruined our dinner for the late night and pretty much stole my money. The manager laughed at us and wouldn't help at all. Horrible ownership!! Shouldn't be allowed to own a Wendy's.
The manager here at the time was rude to his cooks in front of me and other employees. He "thought" the cook had prepared the sandwich incorrectly. Instead of him asking for it to be remade, he threw the sandwich on the counter in front of her while she was preparing another meal asking het why she made "it." Just to find out that she made it correctly, it just so happened to be for another order.
I've been at this location several times. In the evening the food has been on the cold side. The last time I went, the nuggets they gave me had to have been sitting there for hours, and we couldn't eat them. If you do go here, go early because the closing shift don't care what they give you.Food: 2/5
Drive thru experience was ok except for some reason one lady that wasn't even working the drive thru thought it was her place to speak to my husband as if he is remedial. I will be contacting corporate to let them know how rude and out of line that lady was. What we say has no bearing on her day for her to call her correcting anyone and saying he need to go back to school! Was ready to walk and in say hello to her myself but instead I'm going to let her managers know just how she acts while on the clock. Nutty professor needs to chill for real
I knew that they opened the dining room for business at 8 a.m. so I made a point to get there at 8:10 in order to give them a grace period to open. 817 rolled around and they did not open the doors until 8:20. All the while looking over at me standing in the cold. Plus the service at the counter is almost always negative. Definitely the worst branch in Columbus.
This Wendy's is crazy . There is a lady that works here on 3 shift and she is so dame rude . Do better because I'm almost positive she is a shift manager
This place is a hot mess. Took over 25 mins to get part of our order during our work lunch break. Inside was filthy. Employees were cussing and arguing. Drive through girl was messing with the thing for online pickup orders trying to charge her phone, messed something up. When something was said to her she threw out a plethora of profanities. While later another lady came in to work maybe a shift manager seen it didn't work then started yelling loudly at the poor front register guy who other than placing bags/food on it didn't touch it. The guy manager there didn't seem to have any control of his crew. This isn't a place to bring your kids, your mom or your dear old grandma with the profanities and yelling. This isn't our first experience like this either.
I wish this was a joke. But went today and got my family a quick meal. My husband was eating his sandwich, flipped it over and noticed this smash dead moth on the lettuce. By the looks of it, it had been on there for awhile. Now I am aware that sometimes bugs end up on lettuce and that’s why we should rinse it. But this is simple and pure laziness. Thought about turning around to complain but why would I do that when they would probably just ask if we want a new sandwich. Thought about complaining to corporate as well. But that feels like a waste too. So here I am sharing for who ever needs it.
