McDonald's

I went order through drive-thru and it took forever it seemed like they were not organized very well on the food cooking cuz of the length of time we've been in the Drive-Thru then I got three cheeseburgers that didn't have cheese and Big Mac had no pickles very little Big Mac sauce and those are what makes the sandwich I'm really disappointed all the way . And the cost we pay & not get it my way and called and calked off and on for hours and no one would answer just ridiculous

We came in yesterday just to witness the manager letting her son and his baby mom and their two kids eat for free which wasn't the problem until we seen how terribly the little boy was being treated by her son that she left to eat for free all the time there I took a photo hoping somebody would reach out and make sure the little boys taking care of the way he should be but I seen the grown man punch this little boy in the back for asking for barbecue sauce and the grandma and everyone watched it and didn't do anything she should lose her job and children service should should be called

So I went thru the drive thru, ordered two MCdoubles plain and a sweet tea, but not before sitting in at the box to order for 3 cars to get service before me, pulled up and paid got no receipt, go get my food and it was two double cheese and a fry. It’s everytime I go it’s always wrong.Food: 2/5

Trash... never gets the order right. Even when it's the simplest order. If you get a meal, they will mess your drink up or get the sandwich completely wrong.....or....try and let you drive away with no fries. 97.9% of the time if you tell them they missed something you will get an attitude like it was your fault.Food: 1/5

This has to be the SLOWEST place around. I'd swear if they went any slower they would go back in time. Wait time after you order is a min of 20 min IF you're lucky. The dining room is disgusting and hasn't been cleaned. Customers are ignored. Wait time to even place and order is about 15 min and that's with no one in line I'm front of you. Avoid this place.

I ate there today i and I had a Big Mac and fries and they were excellent and the girl who took the money at the drive-thru was very friendly 6-21-2024 around 2:00Food: 5/5

This McDonald’s seems to run very orderly and the customer service is great! I asked for the managers name from another older gentleman that works there because she is so nice and happy! Kareemah is such a nice and happy person! Best McDonald’s ever!Food: 5/5

This place has great service. They usually always get my order right but today my sausage McMuffin bread was soggy I asked them to remake it and the new one I got was soggy as well, I ended up just getting a refund. I'll be back but not for breakfast
