Food was fresh. Sandwich maker left of details but I can't argue with a cooked to order chicken sandwich. choose my battle wisely since no mayo was on it, I asked for a packet of ranch and got up outta thereFood: 4/5
I received service from a super polite gentleman, the entire team was working like a well-oiled machine. Everything was hot and fresh. I went through the drive-thru and I was surprised how fast I got through. Vegetarian options: they have salads of different varieties, as well as apple slices and baked potatoes and french fries if you're looking for a vegetarian option. Kid-friendliness: It's more or less a truck stop, the Wendy's has everything every other one has kids meals and kid friendly options included. Parking: This location there is plenty of parking and it is free for a vehicle not a 18-wheeler though. Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking available in the store does have handicap accessible restrooms as well as entrance and exit
My husband went to order a spicy chicken Asiago w a baked potato… the cheese on the sandwich was melted w paper! This is unreal & the fact that I’m pregnant, disgust me even more bc I was so hungry.
Me and my husband went there and we're super irritated by the lack of service and urgency We stood in line waiting for 30 minutes just to place our order They had one person working the register and there was at least 20 people waiting in line The Cashier kept wanting to have a conversation to show off that he knew how to speak Spanish While another Kept running back-and-forth joking around When it was finally our turn to place our order they switched out cashiers and we were left with a lady that had no idea what she was doing I say that because when we ordered one large peppermint frosty and 1 large chocolate frosty She did not put a large Chocolate frosty after we've said 3 different times that is what we were ordering Then she asked if that was and our screen did not show one large chocolate frosty so we said something to her and she said just to cancel The order Then she asked what we wanted to gethe laughter 4 times of telling her that we wanted one large chocolate frosty and 1 large peppermint frosty She didn't know what we want to add I get times are tough and everyone short staffed But it seems like hiring a bunch of 14 Year olds And expecting them to know what they're doing instead of showing them Then the best part ever we get our food to eat and sandwich had tomato that was asked for none The peppermint frosty had less than the chocolate One The one sandwich had a tiny little chunk of lettuce on it And barely any sauce Then we were asked if we wanted any hot sauce for the chili We said no and we were given it anyways If we come back here I will definitely be staying away from this Wendy's They are unorganized Unprofessional Inexperienced And I do not trust them with my food
The food is always great. Warm and usually correct. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because; I was on the lunch run for the office and had a lot of orders. My coworker was pregnant and the tomatoes made her super sick so I asked them, at the end of the order when everything was done which one had no tomato and she, loudly said, "omg hold on" I was really flustered and just apologized and said " I'm sorry I should've asked at the beginning for it to have a sticker or something" she said nothing just opened up every single bag, until she found the one that had no tomato. She put a sticker on it and gave me the bag back. I just mumbled thank you. I understand that fast food workers have it rough and you couldn't pay me a million dollars to do that job and I understand that I should've asked at the beginning for the no tomato to be marked but damn... Other than that I have always had a great experience with them
Perfect example of whats wrong with big business with multiple locations. This location has always meant to be 24hrs, work 3rd shift and these issues are important, there is zero consistency here. Appears in total chaos whenever I stop in. Often a hand-written sign stating "Closed, no staff". That tells me no one wants to work there because of corporate limitations on wages. Those exist because the profits of shareholders is priority number one. Cutting corners and squeezing every penny to do so. Im not going back as im tired of being disappointed.
Awesome customer service, The food was hot, inside area cleaned Staff Professional work ethics. Great job, Wendy'sFood: 5/5
I absolutely enjoyed the privacy level of this enjoying place for food... The economy is wonderful I really appreciate the help service was kind of okay the kid friendly area was awesome!!!! Vegetarian options: I wouldn't recommend the black bean burger or chicken sandwich because I feel like it's really gross.. my opinion though. Kid-friendliness: It's the privacy and the place center in the windows with the balls and everything I hope that everything is sanitized on a daily basis but I doubt it because I have a toddler so I am struggling to keep up with her at all times.... Parking: Columbus Ohio olentangy & hard Rd. Wheelchair accessibility: Really grateful there is a button to push to open the door because I have multiple sclerosis and I don't like that I keep having to pull as hard as I possibly can just to get in the doors most places... Dietary restrictions: Definitely have many options when it comes to I am using a paleo diet meaning I can have chicken I can have rice I can have avocados is super good for me so I love when they actually do a good job with my salads and make sure that I have everything that I need!!!!
Food was good for fast food, staff were really busy. The atmosphere wasn't the best noting like being panhandled while eating.Food: 4/5
Went to the drive through at 12:10am. It’s 12:24 and nobody has responded, even though a woman saw us from the window and then walked away. Unreal.
