Wendy's

Disorganized and nasty! Ordered a chicken sandwich in the drive thru. They gave me the wrong order. I went inside and they had to ask three more times what I ordered. I get my chicken sandwich home and it has a nasty, long hair in it. Thanks, Wendy's for letting me bite into a nasty hair. When you don't pay for talent, you end up with severe incompetence.

The cashier customer service was excellent. Plus she is just beautiful. The food passer was cool, calm, passed my lunch with no problems. Burger's were literally, made to order. And looked just like the pictures, lol. Keep up the excellent work!

This restaurant is great for lunch & dinner. Breakfast though is a bit riskier. Make sure you check your order before you leave. If you order "sausage gravy & biscuit" make sure you don't get a sausage biscuit. Please, wake up before taking orders.

Agree with Disorganized with other reviews I've seen here. I ordered Drive Thru checking my order right away I noticed I was given the wrong order. They seemed in a hurry I had to tell them several times what I needed because after telling them one thing they would leave and come back. I was trying to be nice also saying sorry for being a bother. At the end as I was given the final CORRECTION the employee scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. I can understand if I was just being picky but I handed you the freaking receipt anyone who is able to read could tell YOU messed up. I havent posted many reviews I've worked retail for many years and I understand the other side but this was just uncalled for. I know its just a drop in the ocean but NEVER coming here again. Btw my passenger saw them hand our original order to the delivery driver in front of us I missed it. So thats going to be another unhappy customer who will probably take it out on the driver :

Got hungry early today so stopped for lunch. They got it right, found my new Wendy's, not close to my house but at least they got it right after so long of another Wendys getting it settings, simply not following directions or both being able to read.

My Wife decided to get a Wendy's single with onions and mustard only. We had to decline the offer of cheese. We received the burger as specified and my Wife pronounced it delicious. I was planning on eating later so did not get anything.

This is by far and away the best Wendy's I've ever been to. They actually put bacon on every level of a triple Baconator. The only downside to this location is everyone knows they are the best so the lunchtime line literally stops traffic on 5th from noon to 1pm. Friendly employees and great food.

Absolutely delightful experience!! I think she's the manager, Staysha, she was super sweet for adjusting my order. Going above and beyond at the drive thru window when my grilled chicken was going to be a bit longer. Please let her and her entire team know we absolutely loved them! we had the bernese doggo in our back seat : if she remembers thanks so so so so much! Worth beyond 5 stars if I could give it!

The best staff I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I have been here three different times. Food is what you would expect but the staff is so polite and respectable. Dine in or drive thru you will greeted with a smile!

Wendy's food is generally good. I especially like the cesaer salad, baked potato or chili. I've learned to check my order before driving away at the drive thru. Orders mixed up often.
