The building is awesome ...very quiet....and clean....maintenance come very swiftly..
It is a great building with a friendly and efficient staff in every department. From the front desk to maintenance, everything always runs smoothly. There's a health club and swimming pool on the premises and the location is also terrific -- between the Hudson River and Lincoln Center. It is a wonderful place to live.
I've lived here for 3 years now. this building has an awesome staff of lobby, handyman and porters. Anytime something is needing fixing, they come immediately and do great work. I enjoy living here and would highly recommend to anyone.
Wonderful staff members, always so friendly! The front desk and door guys are fabulous. Building is always maintained so nicely-Gashi is wonderful!
Great building. Very safe area. Great building staff, proximal to the subway, and a hop away from the hudson bike trail and park. Love living here!
