I booked a room after being stranded from our car breaking down. The room was nice and staff was too. However the room got double booked and at 4:30 in the morning two gentleman walked in on my husband two kids and I. I asked for my money back in the morning and they said they would give it back. She then also told me she saw that there had been smoking on the balcony I was unaware that we couldn't and talked to her and she said that was fine just don't anymore and she wouldn't charge a week after staying I got charged for the room. I then called and was informed the managers decision was to Charge us for the room and not for smoking. When I was originally told that is was a warning no more smoking and no charge and money back. Then was also informed they had to refund the rooms in both sides of us because we were then up and "loud" on the balcony until 6 am. I said yes we were up and apologizing to the men who felt terrible for walking in on us. She said sorry but we will not refund the room. If we do then we will charge for the smoking.... Just felt unsafe and management accommodated everyone else in the matter except us. I realize that yes we did smoke on the balcony but she said there would be no charge and the room would be refunded and now it has changed. Ugh
This was the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever had. We stayed here with 2 children and found that the smoke alarm had no cover, television kept turning off, and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. This was only the beginning. Another hotel guest was hollering and cussing at someone so loud, we couldn't sleep. For the price we paid overpriced, we could have stayed somewhere nicer and quieter. When we called the front office, the man was very nice and apologized. A short while later, the lady at the front desk tried to tell us there was no problem. She also told us not to call after 11. She was rude and didn't seem to care too much. After the disruptive guest continued to yell and became really loud, we called the police. A little while later, the same lady from the front desk called back and became irate because we called the police. She accused us of " hearing things" and being on drugs. Needless to say, we were shocked and ended up leaving around 1:30 am. The lady said our money would be refunded. When we checked later, the hotel had charged us almost $200! We were treated like criminals and liars. DO NOT stay at this hotel, its not worth the money!
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Montana, USA! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and even by general manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible appreciate this! and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Thank You so much for good experience.
O checked in for a weeks stay. The room was filthy, it smelled horrible. The carpet was greasy to the touch, and everythibg smelled of vomit. I was forced to provide my own bedding and cleaning supplies. I cleaned the roomso it would be semi suitable. Afterwards, was moved to a different filthy room. On the second to last day, i was told my deposit would not be returned, because I have had too many guests. This was on the second tp lazt day. They will take your deposit however they can. I have the worse case of athlete foot i have ever had. The housekeeper tried to make me clean the room at checkout, the office even had the police show up at the door for a welfare check on me.
I would give this Motel a -5 if that was possible. The man who runs this Motel is the biggest jerk I have ever met. My entire family stayed at this Motel, this includes Aunts, Uncle's, Cousin's etc. I believe we booked about 8 rooms. When I first walked into the front office with my father who is a retired pastor, the man behind the desk started glaring at me like he really hated me. I am a very large white male man who normally does not allow this kind of behavior. Because we were all there for my Grandma's funeral and we were all staying at the same Motel so we could be together to visit, I did my very best to ignore him. He went as far as telling me to shut up when he was checking in my Dad. I was trying to explain to him that my dad wanted to pay for 4 rooms including mine. He yelled at me and kept telling me to stay out of it and telling me over and over to shut up. At this point my dad had had enough, and was getting very angry. My dad is normally very cool and collected. He ended up running dad's card for one room then he had to do it again for the other 3 rooms when his wife finally explained to him what we were trying to do. We stayed there a total of 3 nights, every time that man saw me he glared at me and talked to me like I was this horrible man. At one point he started yelling at my Dad and was very rude to both of us. My dad started yelling back at him and threatened to call the cops on him for the way he was threatening us. At this point his wife came out and pushed him into their room to get rid of him. I finally had enough and told him that he was a very lucky man, meaning that if I had not been there with my entire family, things would have been way different for him. This man also told us when we made our reservations a week in advance, that because our entire family was staying there and that we were coming in for a funeral that he would give us all a discount so our rooms would be $59 dollars a night. When we checked in he told us that that price did not include taxes or other charges and our rooms ended up being $98.00 per night. This man totally ripped us off. The rooms are old and very small. The so called queen beds are actually standard size beds which are way smaller than a queen. I would highly recommend that you stay some place different, he is a horrible man, the Motel is old and dingy, it smells very badly in the halls and in the rooms. I will never recommend this place to anyone or will I ever stay there again.
The price is very reasonable for an outdoor location for a three hour rental. The secret garden looks like a tropical paradise. I rented for a sweet sixteen photo shoot. There is an air conditioned trailer on the property that was very comfortable for us to use while doing hair and makeup changes. The staff was very nice to us. We were even offered champagne It was definitely worth the money. I was not disappointed.
first experience was awful, We told the front desk lady the day before we were paying cash due to the reviews made other places. The gentle men who hardly spoke English told us there was a 50 dollar deposit If we paid cash. *Room keys didn’t work at first *Next room smelled like weed Beds were so uncomfortable sleeping on a trampoline would of been more comfortable. There was plywood under the mattresses * pillows had2 -3 pillow cases on them with brown - and yellow stains looked like blood and urine The sheets and black hair and cigarette burns on them. * no ac * found someone’s deodorant under the bed next to the beds were toe nail clippings * the showers were so short none of us could use them Although I don’t think we would have for the way they looked * found a knife stuck into the ceiling in the bathroom by the ceiling light * toilet rocked when u sat down on it * towels were so gross yellow and brown stains all over pictures below * housekeeping lives on property when they checked our room Before we left the housekeeper had to have one of us let her in and complained that she hasn’t showered yet and wasn’t clocked in or was not in her work clothes Wish I could add photos
Using a low review as the place does not have elevators. My baggage was extremely heavy. Ended up costing more than agreed upon to get an upgraded room on the first floor since they didn't have my room on the first floor. No real desk for work space. Windows are not completely covered, so if you sleep in your unable to darken the room. Edit: when using the door to the front porch, the handle fell right off. I brought it to the front desk and the new person at the counter started blaming me for it! Sincerely do not recommend this hotel. Edit2: I had to leave. Shower had no hot water. They called maintenance down which was the lady nearby had to show me a special way to use their shower since it was not labeled get hot water.
I would give 5 stars, but our room wasn’t ready at 5 pm! The beds are pretty terrible and the tv doesn’t stay on for very long. The room key stopped working at night. And the doors don’t have bolt locks or anything for that matter minus the room key lock. I have a moving truck hauling my car bmw and was a little nervous with the little group of loud obnoxious men hanging around on the nearby corner. Staff was very friendly. We came here because they allowed dogs and was a fair price. We are driving a long way so we are really just looking for a bed to stay in. However, it’s not a comfy one. Not a bad place to stay but, there is better for the same price or less.
The owner was so rude to me, it was incredibly dirty, and I had stayed there for a few days and they said they had a limit on toilet paper, and when I had pushed the subject the owner started raising his voice at me and treating me like I was in the wrong. I was blown away! I had paid for 5 days, yet I left early. After everything was said and done, my bank called and told me they had charged me twice! I can't help to think it was on purpose. Don't stay here. It was the worst motel I've ever stayed at, and I'm a frequent traveler.
