Do not even attempt to use these people. 

We have had a leak on our fire protection system for almost a year now. We called WSFP for help with the leak and also for an annual inspection. After many calls to get a hold of them, we finally got someone to come check it out. They never fixed it but some how passed the inspection on the system? They also charged us for $335 for looking at it and saying they couldn't fix it without our city water shut off. Isn't that why we call you? Why do we have to request this? Here we are 6 months later with a leaky fire system. Better off calling a regular plumber.

They answered my call and the estimator came out the next day.  Drawings were submitted to the city the same week and the work was done the next week.  The fire marshal is now happy.  Great job!!

Awful public relations. Won't even return phone calls after multiple attempts over two months.
