Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa

Amazing resort, family friendly, there were one of the unfortunate ones to be hit by the fire they are rebuilding, but couldn't of ask for a better place to stay. 2 pools one at the top of the mountain over looking the mountains are amazing, a water park. The staff is amazing and friendly. They have trolleys that can taken you all over. You are in the Smokey mountains. Wonder place to visit . Wildlife in the mountains are amazing. Just don't feed the bears in the mountains it is a federal crime. Best place to stay.

Great location right above downtown Gatlinburg. Room is fantastic. Has 3 pools and an indoor water park on location. Restaurants on site. The resort is currently under construction due to the fires and have not yet rebuilt the arcade and some other things. The staff has been super friendly and more than willing to help. The location is quite large so they provide a free shuttle around the premises.

This has been the WORSE 3 nights and 4 days we have ever had at a Resort. We have been asked to be moved 2 times the only answer we get from the front desk is call security. These kids have SCREAMED EVERY NIGHT AT LEAST UNTIL 12:30. A.M. and up SCREAMING BEFORE 7:30 A.M.. We paid our money to stay here just as they did and for us not to be able to enjoy our vacation is RIDICULOUS. My family and I will NEVER stay at another Westgate Resort. I have kids and understand the yelling and screaming however when you have parents that cant control the kids that's sad. Have respect for others when you are away from your home. I would NOT recommend this resort to anyone that wants a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful resort.... how ever, I'm extremely disappointed in the room we where offered. I was so looking for something exciting not a boxed in hotel room. It's my Anniversary and I'm not happy with this match box of a room. But!!!! I can upgrade for 276 more dollars. Only things good here is customer service. 😣😣😭😭😭

Beware, the scam of the 90-minute resort presentation in return for discounted stay (not really, $310+) at better (and cheaper stay per night) resort. We were called on Monday morning saying we are late to our presentation. What??? You should hear the demeaning tone the person talked to us in recorded conversation when he called to tell us we were late to the presentation. When we checked in, better place we are staying at told us we will be contacted about the presentation. When we arrived at this "resort", we were told that they called yesterday and left us a message. Never received those... Untruthful statements off the bat. Due to us being late to presentation and not thinking straight, they filled out our application wrong, "making us ineligible". I pointed it out to them, but they refused to correct the mistake THEY made on paperwork. Due to not being "eligible", booking service said we will be paying extra $199 penalty for every night of staying at hotel, on top of already steep $310+ for 3 nights (close to $600 extra on top). While rate at other (better) resort we were staying at is listed at $115 per night?!? After talking to place we are staying at told us, its ok, we wont kick you out(family of 5, kids as young as 1.5 years old) and charge you modest fee, if it does not work out with them.
