The room was nice. The staff was courteous. We went in the winter, so the outdoor water areas were closed (we knew this going in; I mention it to note that my opinion doesn't reflect them in any way). The indoor water park was great. Even though it wasn't terribly large, I felt like it had a wide variety of areas and attractions. The other indoor arcade area was also a treat; it was actually clean which is rare for an arcade-type area. I thought the pricing options and pass combos were well explained but I would understand if others disagree. The weakest link was the food; I found it to be overpriced for the quality - it wasn't bad, just not worth what we paid for it. All in all it was a good experience and we would go back.

Go during late April early May.... basically no wait times. The outside may not be open but without the wait the inside alone is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice. Room service is good. My 10 year old loves this place! We take her here for her birthday. You really do get a lot for your money here :)

Large resort with all of your water park needs. The indoor park is perfect for rainy days while the two outdoor parks provide ample area to enjoy. The resort has everything you need to stay on the resort without the need to leave.
Only negative we experienced was with our room. My wife and I had to take cold showers the first day and they were miserably cold showers. I had to go to the front desk twice (once that night and then the next morning) before maintenance would come to our room to fix it. Never really felt that the front desk associates were too concerned and only could say sorry without any explanation as to why no one had been up to fix it yet.
All in all, I would go back. Great for families.

We go here every year for all three of our kids birthdays, however that will definitely not be the case any longer. I went to online reservations and entered the specific date for my daughters birthday, was then directed to pick a room which I did, was then asked for my payment information as usual. However as soon as the confirmation came up for my payment and reservation the date was different than I selected. I called immediately to the online reservation department and was told it was an online system error that they would need to fix and that the reason it moved the date was because the original date I selected was a two night minimal and I selected one night. The option given to me at that time was a refund which could take 7 days to process and an email address to email my complaint. I checked the website the next morning and it then showed the 2 night required stay and would not even let you go further unless you selected two nights for that date, so they fixed the online issue. But the only solution I was given once I emailed with my problem was that they would let me stay one night instead of two but I would have to pay $50 more than I originally paid and was told that what I was saying was not correct because there system would not have done that. So on top of asking for more money for the room I was called a liar. This is terrible business and not how you treat a customer who has spent thousands at your resort because lets face it, it' not an inexpensive place to stay especially with three children. Very disappointing that they don't care more about their customers.

We stayed from 4/3/18-4/6/18. I am glad that I read some of the reviews before going to this hotel. Overall it was a great experience. We took children and their ages were 3, 6 and 12. All three kids had a great time and there was lots for them to do. We stayed in the Stone Hill Lodge ( on the hill). I will share some pointers that helped me out.
1- Don't eat the food on site. Previous reviewers stated that the food was expensive and not very tasty. My sister and I stocked up on light breakfast food (Cereal, Milk and Fruit) and lunch food (Sandwich stuff) for each day. We also took our own snacks (Cookies, chips and drinks) to the Water dome and kept them in our locker. I believe this saved us a lot of money. For dinner we went out. The last night we wend to Golden Corral ( right down the street). Kids 4-12 eat for .99 during the week!
2- If you know that you are staying at the Stone Hill Lodge, go straight there to check in. Otherwise you will be waiting on long lines checking in at the main entrance.
3- Get to the Water Dome early! Especially if you have small children. We had plenty of space, could get chairs and did not have to wait in long lines for the water slides. We were there during the week also so this may have helped us.
Our room was small but comfy. It was also fairly clean. We did not have any issues with bugs or rodents. We checked the room before we took any bags in. Noise was not a factor, we stayed on the first floor and it was quiet the whole time. Everyone that we encountered that worked there was nice.
I would go back to this hotel again. I would recommend it.
