Absolutely outstanding customer service! With service like I received today I should have gotten the cashiers name so I could put her name on this rating. Humorous, friendly, and oh so helpful! A true Delight to have visited Westlake Hardware today! This rating was done with a voice to text. On this 28th day of May and Memorial Day again I received service at this Westlake Hardware that was absolutely five star! The young gentleman whose name was Dylan, once I let him know that there was a price difference with the item that I was purchasing, he closed his Lane, saw that the price was $10 cheaper then what the scan showed and saw that the item should have been the original price and it was stocked in the wrong place on the Shelf. What did Dylan do? He sold the item to me after I told him I would pay full price at the discounted price! This young man in his late teens new more about customer service at his young age then many adults. A true extraordinary young man! Kudos to Westlake Hardware!

What a great store. If it's about hardware, they've probably got it. And yard work tools, pet stuff etc. And they are helpful if you need help finding something!

Plenty of great help and every thing you could want at great prices. We Bough a porch swing from them online had it shipped to the store. And it was 100.00 dollars cheaper.

Location was a 5....now its a 1. Sorry, rude staff will not get you 5 stars. I asked the kid in the picture for help... he said he was busy then walked around the fence and leaned on bags of soil for 15 minutes. See pic. Goodbye Westlake.....Hello LOWES! UPDATE: I have posted the pic twice and they keep removing it, i will try posting it again.

Had keys made - employee was very thorough and very kind. Recommend for getting copies of keys.
